beginning

Niagara
Peninsula
of Canada
to the
pristine
growing
conditions
of the
Finger
Lakes.
Tom
utilizes
his
knowledge
of winemaking,
along
with
a natural
creative
flair,
which
enables
him
to create
unique
wines
with
subtle
elegance.
Susie
brings
an
added
dimension
to
the
team,
with
her
30
years
of
retail
and
design
experience.
A
master
of
culinary
delights,
she
is
constantly
on
the
lookout
for
a
new
addition
to
the
eclectic
Cayuga
Ridge
gift
shop,
or
chatting
away
with
customers
behind
the
bar.
Mary
Jane,
Katie
and
Andrew
are
all
also
involved
with
this
family
affair.
They're
often
found
assisting
in
the
retail
area,
getting
dirty
in
the
vineyards,
or
lending
a
hand
in
the
cellar!
