| -Our Cayuga White, at 1.2% residual sweetness is an extremely fruity, refreshing, crisp wine with a bouquet reminiscent of peaches. The Cayuga grape was developed by Cornell in the 1950’s and released for commercial plantings in 1982. A relative newcomer, it is one of the winemakers’ favorites because it grows consistently well and produces a fine, high quality wine. Cayuga has become a favored cocktail wine, because it appeals to a wide range of tastes. It compliments light meals…pork tenderloin, red snapper, peaches and brie cheese. A consistent medal winner in many competitions over the years.- - Winery |
