	The rosé de Chevalier 2006 is what is called a bled rosé, a rosé made with wine run off skins in early alcoholic fermentation. The colour is vivid and brilliant and the nose is full of red berries with cherry, blackcurrant and strawberry flavours. It is intense and fresh with a beautiful acidity and a lot of fruits.-So refreshing and fruity!!
