	This medium to full bodied ‘Bordeaux’ style wine is a blend of mostly Cabernet sauvignon with a small percentage of Merlot to increase mid-palate richness and Cabernet Franc to enhance aromatic. Following fermentation and extended maceration, the wine has been matured in new and old French oak barriques for 12 months, and is now a complex blend of varietal fruit characters such as cassis, capsicum, liquorice and plum with secondary notes of chocolate, tobacco and cedar. - Winery
