	Rated 90 Pale yellow. Mineral-laced aromas of lemon, kumquat, green apple and quince, plus a deeper note of sweet butter. Bracing and nicely focused, but with a gentle suggestion of sweet butter to the pure citrus and quince flavors. This emphatically dry wine shows a persistent note of chalk straight through the finish. An exceptional non-vintage bottling, with a biting mineral personality. Steven Tanzer
